MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY
As a management consultant and change manager, I offer strategic advice in the field of change management and project management. My strength lies in the implementation of large-scale changes in processes and/or working methods (agile, lean), the implementation of new services and the centralisation of administration supported by the implementation of standards (ERP, CRM, HCM, ServiceNow) and customised applications. Expert in centralising many different decentralised software/working methods/administrations to one standard. In terms of management style, I am tenacious about the objectives to be achieved and flexible in their implementation. Transparency and communication are essential, and I invest a considerable amount of time and energy in achieving this. I am able to inspire and empower team members and give them ownership, which in turn leads to trust and commitment.
